This crumb topping is made from 4 pantry staple ingredients and can be used on bread, cakes, muffins, basically any desert that you would add a crumble or streusel topping to. These cinnamon sugar streusel topped banana muffins are almost like a banana cupcake without the frosting. Step 4: Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and fold in just until no flour is visible. Pop into the fridge while you make the muffins. Bake for 15-18 minutes, being careful not to overbake. Step 1: Make the crumb topping by rubbing butter into the flour, cinnamon and brown sugar mixture.
